Our goal is to have our 4th of July float become beautifully wrapped in red-white-and-blue, and fantastically festive.

DECORATING PARTY/AND PARADE SET UP
Here is the information…
DECORATING PARTY:
Day: Wednesday
Date: July 3rd
Time: 5:30pm
Place: Round Rock Drums - 12 Lake Dr, Round Rock, Texas.
We are seeking donations of balloons, steamers, flags, tape, string - anything symbolizing “patriotism.” Even those not available on parade-day are welcome to come out and help us decorate on the 3rd at 5:30PM. :)
PARADE SET UP:
Day: Thursday
Date: July 4th
Time: 7:30am
Place: BIG LOTS parking lot (off of Mays)
(Parade begins at 9:00am)
All participants will park at the First United methodist Church (1004 N Mays) - and catch a shuttle.
Please bring the following items:
Hat
Sun glasses
Sunscreen
Water bottles
Wear your RED RRD T-SHIRT or something with R,W & B
(Hearing protection optional)
Drum sticks
Drummer :)
WE WILL NEED TO HAVE SOME PARENTS WALKING IN FRONT OF AND BEHIND THE FLOAT TO ENSURE FOR STUDENT’S SAFETY. WE’RE ALSO SEEKING SOME KIDS TO WALK WITH OUR SINAGE AS WELL.
The parade begins at 9am and is scheduled to end around 11:00am.
