Svante's Stuffed Burgers is a food truck located downtown austin. You can always check out their website to find out where they are going to be. (which is pretty cool and helpful) My Experience with Svante's Stuffed Burgers was very pleasant. First of all, I love cheeseburgers - who doesnt? And I would like to think I know a thing or two about how they are made. Svante's completely blew my mind! I ordered the Space Jam burger, which comes with Grass-fed Beef + Jalapeño Havarti + Bacon-onion Jam + Arugula + Roasted Garlic Aioli, and oh my god it was so delicious! The only thing that was a little upsetting was the size of the burger, it seemed pretty small for my huge appetite. But by the time I finished the burger, i was 100% satisfied and no longer hunger. I would definitely check out Svante's Stuffed Burgers if you get a chance. yum!
