Our dough is hand-made and slow-rises overnight. It's thin, but not cracker-like; chewy, but not tough. We think it's what makes our pizza so special, and we think you'll agree! From the marinara to the pesto, every sauce is made in-house with our proprietary recipes. We roast our own garlic, blend our own salad dressings, and bring that special touch to all of our sauces, dips, and bases so you get the freshest, most lively flavors possible.
