Kemuri Tatsu-ya is an izakaya from the team behind Ramen Tatsu-ya. We offer a relaxed full-service, full bar dining experience featuring smoked meats, grilled skewered meat, izakaya classics, and ramen. Our bar program features a wide range of sake, shochu, Japanese and American whisky, pints and pitchers of Japanese and Texan microbrews, and innovative Japanese-influenced cocktails.
