Beet Salad
Red and yellow heart shaped beets, caraway beet threads, honey almond goat cheese crumbles.
- SECOND COURSE -
Zuppa Arigosta
Lobster bisque, brandy tarragon cream, lobster claws and knuckles.
- MAIN COURSE -
Choice of:
Ribeye Steak
Italian marinade, roasted pink potatoes, jumbo grilled asparagus, and cabernet béarnaise.
Artic Char Pontchartrain
Creamed red char, pink rice pilaf, creole sauce, italian accent
Boneless Half Roasted Chicken
Truffle rosemary sauce, sunburst squash, basil orzo, feta tomatoes, cucumber dill.
- DESSERT -
Créme Brûlee
Vanilla bean, chocolate strawberry, limoncello.
