Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All ages are welcome, however those under the age 18 years old must be escorted by a parent or guardian (21 years and up).

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Some of the designated parking garages are Austin City Hall garage and One Texas Center, and you can go to parkme.com to access other parking options in the area. Capital Metro have bus and train routes available that will get you to downtown Austin, and in some instances to the Auditorium Shores. Capital Metro all day bus passes are only $2.50 each day. Bike racks will be available both inside and outside the gates at the festival.
What can I bring into the event?
Two sealed bottles of water, food and beverages for infants, and special food and beverages to accommodate prescribed dietary needs. Blankets & quilts, umbrellas 4' ft in diameter and smaller (if umbrella is obstructing the view of other festival goers you may be asked to close it or move to another location). Consumer, style phones and cameras (be aware artists may require that cell phone users turn off their devices during their performance).

What's the refund policy?
Rain or shine event, no refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, it does not matter because each ticket have a unique scan, and once scanned the ticket is invalidated. Make sure that only one like ticket is printed.
What time does the gates open on Friday and Saturday?
2pm Friday and Noon Saturday.
Food,alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages cannot be brought onto the festival grounds.
This festival is a smoke free event. No smoking on the festival grounds. Those caught smoking will be escorted from the festival grounds.
No weapons of any sort. Festival goers will be searched for contraband prior to entering the festival.
