The Winter Menu has some new takes on their starters, entrees and desserts. For the starters, choose between Tempura Fried Cauliflower, Chorizo Stuffed Crimini Mushrooms and Brussels Sprout Salad. The Tempura Fried Chicken is fried cauliflower coated with pimiento butter, cilantro cream, manchego and curly green onions. For $9.99, this dish doesn't disappoint. If Tempura Fried Chicken isn't your taste, the Chorizo Stuffed Crimini Mushrooms are also $9.99 and are stuffed with "chorizo and mixed cheeses, habanero balsamic reduction, mix greens and infused chili oil.
As far as entrees go, try their Chicken Pumpkin Enchiladas, Jalapeno Roasted Pork Tenderloin, or the Cherry Steak Medallions. For $14.99 Z Tejas winter twist on enchiladas would leave Santa in shock! With roasted pumpkin, cheese, chicken, pumpkin enchilada sauce, avocado cream, roasted pepitas and cotija, these will knock your socks off! If you're looking for a little more meat in your entree, the Cherry Steak Medallions are "grilled shoulder tenderloins, cherry chipotle glaze, gorgonzola, pumpkin and apple puree, seasonal vegetables, crispy poblano and onion straws. These are also only $16.99 and will leave you plenty full!
What's dinner without dessert?! Set your taste buds on their tantalizing Cheesecake Flan Stuffed Pumpkin. For only $9.99, these two desserts are combined and baked inside of a pumpkin and are tossed with caramelized apples and whipped cream.
