Our brewpub is located in the McCrory-Timmerman building in downtown Taylor, TX. This beautiful, historic red-brick building on Main Street is the perfect intersection of Texas' proud agricultural history and our exciting craft beer future. Taylor has some of the best farm land in Texas, and whenever possible, we'll use local grain from Taylor's Blackland Prairie to produce some of the best beer in Texas. Our family first moved to Texas in 1883, settling on a farm in the Blackland Prairie just outside of Taylor. Now five generations later, we're getting back to our Taylor roots and building a brewery that uses local Texas ingredients whenever possible. We support our Texas farmers and want to reinvest our money back into the local economy, so we invite you to visit downtown Taylor and enjoy a true Texas beer!
