FAQ’s
REFUND POLICY
If you buy an online ticket, we recommend arriving 30 min before the start of the show to guarantee your seat. If you don't check in to our box office at least 10 min before the show start time, your seats will be given away to our waitlist. We do not refund tickets after a show has started.
WHAT IF IT SAYS SOLD OUT ONLINE?
If you are looking to purchase tickets to a show that has sold out online, we have a waitlist available at the box office. Empty seats will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. We highly recommend buying in advance online!
AGE REQUIREMENTS / BYOB?
Unless specifically stated above, we are all ages and BYOB. We have a bar in the lobby from Party Pulse on Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays, so we are not BYOB those days (subject to change - check the specific event details above). To drink you must be 21+, but you can still see our shows without drinking if you are under 21. Our programming tends to be PG-13 & up!
PARKING
Street parking is usually available within a 2 block radius of the theater. Try parking north of 7th Street on Lavaca, or west of Lavaca near Guadalupe & 8th (by the old library). There is also a garage entrance on 7th between Guadalupe & Lavaca if you’d rather pay for covered parking.
