Join us for a special evening with Chef Tien Ho at Peached Social House.
Event Details
A graduate of the University of Texas who got his culinary start at The Driskill, Ho spent over 10 years in New York City in the kitchen of notable restaurants, including David Chang's Momofuku Ssam Bar, where he was the opening chef and partner.
Chef Ho will be showcasing his signature style of American cuisine with an emphasis on Asian flavors through a three course dinner featuring a whole Black Hill Farms hog roasted in a Caja China. In addition, cocktails curated by Chef Ho and Peached Tortilla Beverage Director Kevin Kok will be provided courtesy of Dulce Vida Organic Tequila.
The menu for this evening's event is as follows:
Ember Roasted Beets. pistachio puree, escarole, sherry mustard vinaigrette
Crispy Cauliflower. Guizhou Style, charred scallions.
