The menu is inspired by the flavors and spirits of Texas and American favorites such as Chef Michael Cerrie's brisket mac and cheese, Cowboy cut rib-eye, burgers. Other inspired dishes include our grilled Scottish salmon, kobe burger, and our award winning shrimp and avocado.
