Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden is excited to announce their Oktoberfest celebrations! From free firkins of Live Oak Oaktoberfest and live music in the beer garden to speciality menu items, eating contests and more.
Event Details
Banger’s will be the best place to have the ultimate Oktoberfest experience! Speciality menu items include Spaetzle, German Potato Cakes, Schnitzel Sausage and Weisswurst.
The 3-Day Oktoberfest festivities schedule:
Thursday, October 18th
5:00pm: Opening Gun Salute and ceremonial tapping of the first firkin of Live Oak Oaktoberfest. Free until it runs out!
7:00pm: Hammerschlagen
A game where participants compete to drive nails into a wooden stump. Winner gets a trophy, a beer and a shirt
5pm-11pm: Live German-inspired music
Friday, October 19th
12:00pm: Another ceremonial firkin tapping of Live Oak Oaktoberfest. Free until it runs out!
12– 12am: Live German-inspired music
7:00pm: Game: Brat Eating Contest
First person to finish 2 fully dressed bratwursts wins. Winner gets a trophy, a ber and a shirt
Saturday, October 20th
12:00pm: Another ceremonial firkin tapping of Live Oak Oaktoberfest. Free until it runs out!
12pm-12am: Live German-inspired music
2:00pm: Stein Hoist
15 contestants per round. Winner gets a trophy, a beer and a shirt
6:00pm: Ceremonial Closing Gun Salute
